Class Overview

This is for all the keen individuals who want to build mass and develop physical strength. While cardio is known to build stamina and lose fat, it cannot give you the ultimate gift of power.

At out prestigious “weight training workout”, we implement a series of powerhouse strategies on our clients which help them develop a rigorous weight training schedule. Our clients who dedicate themselves on that schedule are awarded with power and better endurance skills.

It is important to know that not everyone is of same height and weight. Therefore, weight training workout is different for everybody. Our trainers are fully equipped in knowing the body chemistry, so that they may decide which workout schedule is best for which individual, in order to make them “alpha” in weight training workout regimes.
