Virginie bought the "Body Casting Manual" and got
her husband and a friend to capture her beautiful curves in plaster |

She ordered all the necessary material online in one
of the shop recommended in the manual. |
Here Alginate is mixed and applied directly on to the
skin. Virgine adopts a modest pose with an arm covering her breasts.

Plaster bandages are laid over the alginate. This is to make a rigid
shell to hold the fragile alginate mold. |

Plaster completely covers the alginate mold. |
Virginie waits for the plaster bandages to set. All
up she had to keep this pose for just 25 minutes.

Once set, the entire mold is easily removed. . |

Her arm got trapped into the alginate. It was simply
a matter of cutting the alginate open to free her hand.

It is now time for Virginie's husband to mix some
plaster and pour it into the mold. |

Plaster is poured inside the mould. |

It must be left to cure for 3 hours |
No previous experience necessary. The manual explains
everything with simple illustrations. |

A few hours later the raw cast is released. |

When the plaster is dry, the edges of the casting are sanded and
